MineAnalyst Technologies Inc. ("MineAnalyst", "we", "us", "our") operates the MineAnalyst platform at mineanalyst.com. We are subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada.
Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
Company Information: For company accounts: company name, ticker symbol, website, and documents you upload.
Interview Content: Voice recordings, video recordings, and transcripts from management interviews conducted on the Platform.
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, and interactions with the Platform.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
We use your information to: (a) operate and improve the Platform; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) display company profiles and interview content to analysts; (d) send important account and service notifications; (e) comply with legal obligations.
Voice and video recordings made during interviews on the Platform are stored securely on our servers. Transcripts are generated and stored. Interview content is displayed to analyst subscribers as part of the Platform service. By completing an interview, you consent to this storage and display.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with: (a) service providers who help operate the Platform (Railway for hosting, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI processing); (b) law enforcement when required by law; (c) in connection with a merger or acquisition of MineAnalyst.
Company profiles and interview content are shared with analyst subscribers as part of the core Platform service.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Interview recordings and transcripts are retained indefinitely as part of the Platform's proprietary database. You may request deletion of your personal account information by contacting us.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to: access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, and withdraw consent for non-essential uses. Contact us at privacy@mineanalyst.com to exercise these rights.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser but this will prevent you from logging in.
The Platform is operated from Canada. If you are accessing from the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR. Please contact us for a GDPR-specific data processing agreement.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or notice on the Platform.
