MineAnalyst is an information and research platform only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. All content, analyses, AI-generated reports, community ratings, and company profiles are for informational purposes only.
You should always conduct your own independent research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. MineAnalyst does not recommend buying or selling any securities.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses, summaries, company profiles, and other content. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. MineAnalyst makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Users should independently verify all information before relying on it.
By completing a voice or video interview on the Platform, you grant MineAnalyst Technologies Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, publish, transcribe, and use your interview responses for the purposes of operating the Platform. You represent that you have the authority to provide the information disclosed during the interview.
Interview content is owned by MineAnalyst and may not be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without written permission.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to AI analyses, company profiles, scoring methodologies, question sets, interview transcripts, and database compilations, is the proprietary intellectual property of MineAnalyst Technologies Inc. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, sell, or reproduce any Platform content without express written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another user's account. MineAnalyst reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. MineAnalyst reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) manipulate securities prices or engage in market manipulation; (c) upload false or misleading company information; (d) scrape or systematically extract Platform data; (e) reverse engineer or copy any aspect of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MineAnalyst Technologies Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any content therein. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. MineAnalyst does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
MineAnalyst reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
